Our Mission

 

Working closely with each client, Potomac Partners will identify issues and create a customized action plan designed to meet a lender’s specific needs and objectives.  Projects would be prioritized and timetables established for achieving desired outcomes/results.  Further, the firm would maintain regular contact with each client and provide regular progress reports and other critical information.

Potomac Partners' mission is to:

  • Pursue specific operational initiatives to improve or streamline a client's operations and financial profitability (e.g., national approval for direct lending).
  • Provide advice regarding the management of FHA operations including industry practices, trends, and innovations.
  • Review and assess proposed political or regulatory initiatives affecting current and new business opportunities (e.g., impact of RESPA reform).  Keep clients abreast of changes before they are implemented.
  • Resolve client transactional problems.  These may include responding to HUD quality assurance reviews and recommending appropriate changes to client quality control procedures.
  • Analyze government reports/data and advise clients on the practical and policy implications of such information. (e.g., FHA Neighborhood Watch/Credit Watch Analysis)
  • Evaluate legislative proposals for impact on clients.
  • Communicate directly with client; provide monthly conference calls, updates and counsel clients as appropriate.
  • Make in-person presentations to clients.
  • Assist in due diligence efforts from a federal perspective.
